Harry

Harry Edward Styles or Harry Styles as he is known in the music world is an British musician and singer. Harry Styles belongs to the group One Direction. Born in Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England 1 February 1994, he is the son Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles went to the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school, along with three of his classmates, formed a music band called White Eskimo. In 2009 they participated in the Battle of Bands where thanks to their outstanding performances, they were winners. Though he's been fascinated by music, he was also hoping to be an lawyer or an physiotherapist. Working part-time in a local bakery is his very first job to earn money for the family. Harry Styles performed Is not She Lovely (Stevie Wonder) at the auditions of 2010 for The X Factor. This meant that the group he was in had to be separated. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles that he join of a new band, One Direction. The other band members included Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored this five-person group and they were created in the year 2010. In the contest, the group sang songs such as My Life Would Suck Without You by Kelly Clarkson and Total Eclipse of the Heart from Bonnie Tyler so the group became one of the candidates for the prize. The group was placed in third place behind Rebecca Ferguson and Matt Cardle which took home the prize. Harry Styles' group didn't win, but Cowell nevertheless paid two million dollars in cash to One Direction for them to agree to a contract with Syco.
