The track was distinctive due to the fact that many listeners were able to relate to the conversation she conducted with rapper Rap-Up on her journey in learning to love and be her. Cara has earned a name for including messages on the importance of mental health, kindness and love of self in her songs. All of it is a result of her personal journey as she has struggled with mental health issues as well as insomnia. When she spoke to Reuters the singer said that her album was "half tumultuous" as well as "half complete". She claims she has grown by therapy and is adamant about encouraging others to seek help when they need it.
